This page summarizes how OMNIX handles subscriptions, quotas, payments, and user data — for investors, enterprise reviewers, and hostile due diligence. For legal terms see Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Subscription tiers

  • Free: Limited monthly word quota and daily messages; core chat and memory.
  • Super Lite (S$10.90/mo): 100,000 words, chat across top models, search, 5 images. No Battle Mode or video/music.
  • Super Pro (S$26.90/mo): 350,000 words, Battle Mode, voice, video, music, image generation, and priority routing.

Upgrades and cancellations are managed through Stripe Customer Portal. We do not store full card numbers.

Quota & overflow

Word and message limits are enforced server-side before AI calls. When limits are reached, users receive an explicit upgrade message — never a silent failure. Overflow mode may route to lighter models when configured; routing headers are exposed to the client for transparency.

Bonus word wallet

  • Single ledger: One bonus_word_balance column in user_credits — no separate billing system.
  • Opt-in only: Users explicitly purchase one-time top-up packs. We never automatically charge when plan quota is exhausted.
  • Plan-first draw: Plan quota is fully exhausted before bonus balance is touched.
  • Margin-safe: When drawing from bonus balance, AI routing is constrained to cost-efficient models to protect unit economics.
  • Non-expiring: Bonus balance does not expire and persists across billing periods.
  • No refunds: Bonus packs are non-refundable once purchased, per Terms of Service.

Data handling summary

  • Chat and memory data stored in Supabase with row-level security per user.
  • AI inference via OpenRouter; prompts are not used to train public models without consent.
  • Session sync: local-first with cloud merge; degraded banners when sync fails.
  • Files parsed server-side; large uploads capped for stability during beta.
